Surface Roughness 表面粗糙度
The surface of metal parts has complex undulations with continuous peaks and troughs by the factors such as the sharpness of the tool, the turning speed, and so on after the parts are processed. Small undulations are called “surface roughness”.
金屬零件加工後,因刀具鋒利度/車削速度等因素,會在表面形成連續的波峰波谷的複雜的起伏。較小的起伏稱為表面粗糙度。
Roughness It is quantified by the deviations in the direction of the normal vector of a real surface from its ideal form. If these deviations are large, the surface is rough; if they are small, the surface is smooth.
粗糙度它是通過實際表面的法向量方向與其理想形式的偏差來量化的。如果這些偏差很大,則表面粗糙;如果偏差很小,則表面光滑。

1. Durability 耐久度
The rougher the surface is, the more serious the damage is and the worse the durability is.
表面越粗糙,損耗會越嚴重,耐久度越差
2. Compatibility 匹配性
When the surface is rougher, the strength of combination decreases and affects the stability and durability of the coupling lock.
表面過於粗糙會降低組合強度且會影響耦合對鎖的穩定性與耐久度
3. Fatigue Resistance 疲勞強度
The rougher the surface of parts is, the worse the fatigue resistance is.
零件表面粗糙度越大,承受抗疲勞強度就越低
4. Corrosion Resistance 抗腐蝕性
The rougher the surface is, the worse the corrosion resistance is.
